DESCRIPTION:Event Description:\n\nArt: Stop Motion Animation Youth Camp\n\nStop motion animation brings static objects to life on screen with an iPad and a variety of mixed media arts. The attitude of the Stop Motion Animation Youth Camp: if you can dream it, you can do it! Animation campers will explore story planning, set design, character development and prop-making using paper, clay, drawings and other materials. Students will add cool themes, titles, sound effects and other digital effects to give the movies a unique look and feel. Campers will apply their new knowledge to craft their own stories and create an animated scene as their project. Each student must bring their own iPad with the Stop Motion Studio Pro app already downloaded ($5.99).
