DESCRIPTION:Event Description:\n\nThrough the Smartphone Lens: Learning to See Like a Photographer Youth Camp\n\nIn this creative photography camp, students will explore the art of seeing the world through the camera they carry every day: their smartphone. Through fun photo challenges and guided lessons, students will learn the fundamentals of photography including composition, lighting, perspective and visual storytelling. Daily photo walks and creative exercises will encourage students to observe their surroundings in new ways while developing their artistic eye and confidence as photographers. Students will also participate in supportive group discussions where they can share their images and learn from one another. Ages 10-15.\n\nPlease make sure your child(ren) are fed before camp begins. They are welcome to bring snacks from home.
