Students will learn to craft flaky crusts and delicious fillings as they create savory quiche, rustic galettes and classic sweet pies. Along the way, they'll master essential baking techniques, flavor balancing and decorative finishes. Students will learn essential techniques, build confidence in the kitchen and bring home their freshly made creations each day of camp. The kitchen is not gluten or peanut free. Please indicate known allergies in the checkout process when prompted. Ages 10-15.\n\nPlease make sure your child(ren) are fed before camp begins. They are welcome to bring snacks from home. Students should bring 1-2 leftover containers each day to share what they prepared with your family and friends.
