This baking camp is your ticket to learn about different cultures through the lens of baking. Each day focuses on a different region around the world, introducing students to a diverse array of ingredients, techniques and cultural traditions. From breads, to pastries, to sweet treats, students will recreate iconic recipes from around the globe. Students will learn essential techniques, build confidence in the kitchen and bring home their freshly made creations each day of camp.The kitchen is not gluten or peanut free. Please indicate known allergies in the checkout process when prompted. Ages 10-15.\n\nPlease make sure your child(ren) are fed before camp begins. They are welcome to bring snacks from home. Students should bring 1-2 leftover containers each day to share what they prepared with your family and friends.
