Bakers will dive into the fast-and-fun world of quick breads (bread made without yeast) as well as enriched doughs (delicious delights that include ingredients beyond the basics) to create sweet and savory breads like braided challah, cardamom bread and muffins. Students will learn essential techniques, build confidence in the kitchen, and bring home their freshly made creations.The kitchen is not gluten or peanut free. Please indicate known allergies in the checkout process when prompted. Ages 10-15.\n\nPlease make sure your child(ren) are fed before camp begins. They are welcome to bring snacks from home. Students should bring 1-2 leftover containers each day to share what they prepared with your family and friends.
