Taekwondo gives a total body workout while providing stress relief, practical self-defense skills and increased self-confidence. Classes are taught at Master Jung's studio, Deschutes Jung's Taekwondo, and are open to community members 16 and above. This 8-week class is held once per week and leads up to optional belt testing.
