This course combines weekly interactive sessions with online home study to meet the Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA) education requirement, covering the role of property managers, tenant relations, fair housing, lease agreement and more. You must complete a total of 60 hours of study between weekly sessions and online studies. Plan on spending 6-8 hours (or more) each week completing online home study in addition to attending evening classes.\n\n<p class="MsoNormal"><b>NOTE:</b> All class times are Pacific Time (PT).</p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Online Course Information/Requirements: </b></p>- Course fee covers registration for one person unless otherwise noted.<br>- Students need access to a printer for class materials.<br>- Must have access to a computer or laptop with current updated operating system. Mobile devices such as Smartphones are not suitable for this course. <br>- A high-speed internet connection.<br> - An up-to-date internet browser. We recommend Firefox or Chrome.
