DESCRIPTION:Event Description:\n\nGrowing and Utilizing Medicinal Herbs in Central Oregon\n\nCentral Oregon is a challenging growing environment, but many medicinal herbs seem to love it here.  This class will explore medicinal garden designs, gardening and propagation techniques and recommend herbs for this region.  We will explore individual herbs and what they are used for. The trip also includes a field trip to Oregon Wild Harvest, a medicinal herb farm in Culver.  Students are responsible for transportation to the field session.\n\nClass on 6/6 is a field trip to Oregon Wild Harvest, a local medicinal herb farm, located in Culver, Oregon.
