Biography: Stephanie's career in human resources spans 20 years in a variety of industries including private and public sector, as well as union and non-union environments. She holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Human Resource Management, a PHR certification, completed HR certification programs through Seattle Pacific University and most recently completed a one year state HR certification. Stephanie brings extensive knowledge, skill and experience to the many facets of the human resource profession including employee relations, benefits administration, policy development, mediation and grievance process, training and development, compensation and succession planning.
