Instructor: Richard Rathmell

Biography: Prior to moving to Bend to enjoy all the outdoor activities, Dick had a 25-year career with the Secret Service. He knows the importance of recognizing and responding to a problem. Dick has taught CPR part-time and assisted with the volunteer ski patrol at Mt Bachelor for twelve years. His fun, part-time job was assisting NBC with risk management at seven Olympics from Salt Lake to Sochi.
