DESCRIPTION:Event Description:\n\nFoods of the World 3 Youth Camp: SE Asia\n\nChef Dom spent half his adult life living in SE Asia and fell in love with its rich food culture. Students are invited to come and learn the vibrant flavors from Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Taiwan! From BBQ pork, to steamed buns, to beef lok lakm, and beyond, students will learn how to prepare a breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert in this camp. Taught in a fun and welcoming environment by Cascade Culinary Institute Adjunct Instructor, Chef Dom Shorthouse, and Chef Instructor, Anthony Parker. Recipe book to take home included. The kitchen is not gluten or peanut free. Please indicate known allergies in the checkout process when prompted. Ages 10-15.\n\nPlease make sure your child(ren) are fed before camp begins. They are welcome to bring snacks from home. Students should bring 1-2 leftover containers each day to share what they prepared with your family and friends.
