Participants will meet twice monthly for half-day sessions. Between sessions, participants will complete homework which may include reading/viewing new material, completing assessments, meeting with supervisor and/or employees with specific skill focus, etc. Classroom sessions will be a combination of new content, group exercises and individual/group coaching. Learning will be self-directed and go beyond the classroom. Topics include Emotional Intelligence; Accountability and Delegation; Coaching and Feedback Techniques; Working with Difficult People; Managing Daily Performance; and Team Building in Challenging Times.
