DESCRIPTION:Event Description:\n\nHHPA 133: Ski Conditioning-Nordic\n\nThis course is an outdoor/indoor conditioning class for all levels of Nordic skiers. Goal of the class is to provide ski-specific cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength as well as improving Nordic ski technique. Various ski-specific drills and exercises will be used in a fun group atmosphere. This is a college-level course. Although assignments, tests, and quizzes are optional for Community Education students, you will be expected to fully participate. A textbook may be required for this course. Please check with the COCC Bookstore, <a href="https://bookstore.cocc.edu/home/" target="_blank">COCC Bookstore</a>.  This is a non-credit Community Education class.
