This workshop grounds the concept in two concrete, actionable domains: the specific leadership behaviors that create safety day to day, and the organizational systems that welcome people in, support their growth, and encourage their participation. In this interactive workshop, participants have a clear understanding about what psychological safety is and why it matters. You will understand and practice the behaviors for creating this environment, and discuss behaviors that destroy safety.
