Course Detail: Unlimiting Your Beliefs
Our thoughts motivate every action we take and affect every cell in our body! In this four-week experiential class, students will explore the biology of thoughts, learn how to identify limiting beliefs and develop the tools to harness the power of the mind. Return the mind to its rightful seat as the Trusted Advisor to your heart, rather than the leader of your life. The mindfulness, meditation and body-based practices explored in this class are connected to diverse traditions from across the world. Bring a pen, journal or notebook and refillable water bottle. Water and tea provided.
