Course Detail: Creative Cooking With Whole Grains
We often hear that we need to incorporate more whole grains into our diets. Learn about various whole grains and how to cook them so they taste great. In this hands-on class, students will create several different whole grain dishes using traditional ingredients as well as exciting new ones. Bring an apron, sharp chef's knife, and take-home containers.
