Course Detail: Fun with Puff Pastry II
Join Chef Katie for some fun with puff pastry. All are welcome and those that took Puff Pastry I will learn new tips and recipes in this class. Start with creating a quick puff pastry that will be used to make a classic French Tarte Tatin (upside down caramelized apple or pear tart) as well as the beloved childhood favorite, Palmiers (elephant ears). Bring an apron, sharp chef's knife, lunch and take-home containers.
