Course Detail: Knife Skills & Sharpening
Learn to handle your knives like a pro, sharpening and honing and take the fear out of dicing and slicing. Class will cover cutting a variety of vegetables, which will then be used in a salad. Students must bring their own knife. Sharpening stone will be provided to you for use after the class.
