Course Detail: Hearty Autumn Stews
Autumn weather is the perfect invitation to create satisfying, rich stews for your family. In this class, students will use a variety of kitchen skills to create delicious stews hearty enough to be a full meal. Learn to make new stew recipes such as Tuscan White Bean, Kale and Pork, Oyster and Mexican Green Chile, and Chicken Stew. Bring an apron, sharp chef's knife and take-home containers.
