Course Detail: Tai Chi

Join International Tai Chi Champion, Master JianFeng Chen from China, and learn the foundations of Tai Chi. Start with the 8 and 24 Yang styles in a relaxing space. This class is for both new and advanced students who want to know the form, science, and martial art application behind each move. Master Chen has a unique way of conveying complex moves in an understandable and memorable fashion, while assessing each student's needs to ensure they reach their goals. As part of your Tai Chi registration, you may also attend Qigong on Saturdays at 8:45am to learn more about energy flow.
