Course Description: Wood-Fired Pizza
This class is becoming an annual summer tradition here at COCC! Join Chef Candy in making homemade pizza, in our outdoor pizza oven, along with an assortment of toppings. Bring an apron and containers for your leftovers. Please Note: We recognize that many individuals have specific dietary restrictions, aversions, and/or requests. Due to the nature of our culinary classes, the menu is set and we are limited in our ability to make adjustments, and outside food cannot be brought in to meet special requirements. Our kitchen is not certified gluten-free.
