Course Detail: Tai Chi for Health™ Focusing on Balance, Mindfulness & Diabetes Prevention
This two-day per week class is appropriate for anyone who wants a slower Tai Chi class or those dealing with chronic health conditions. The slow, gentle and simple movements facilitate healing, range of motion, flexibility and balance. Dr. Paul Lam, in conjunction with medical experts, created Tai Chi for Health programs that are enjoyable and easy to learn no matter your physical condition, age, or prior knowledge of Tai Chi. Students may sit for all or part of the class. This class is offered through Oregon Tai Chi Wushu with certified instructor Maureen Benet.
