Course Detail: Holiday Brunch Bites
This class covers simple, classic brunch items that will impress your family and friends for any upcoming holiday brunch. Recipes will include delicious yeasted coffee cake, quiche and scones. Bring an apron, sharp chef's knife, lunch and take-home containers. If you have your own 9" pie pan (not deep dish), bring it, otherwise an aluminum pan will be provided.
