Biography: For the past 25 years, Mariann Kurtz Weber has been a leader in private sector development in emerging markets around the globe. Living for a decade in the fragile states of Eastern Europe after the collapse of the Soviet Union and in the Balkans after the break-up of Yugoslavia, Mariann understands firsthand the role of personal and collective leadership, confident communications and resilience across diverse groups and multiple stakeholders. Mariann currently serves as a leadership coach and strategy consultant to help experienced and new leaders/managers reach their potential and sustain desired results. She also develops on-line courses and webinars to help managers and employees enhance their skills.
