Biography: Gilbert Taylor is a Nationally Registered Paramedic and EMT Instructor/Coordinator with more than 35 years as an EMS provider and 30 years as an EMS Educator. He currently serves as a Fire Lieutenant and Fire & Explosive Investigator for the Town of Bourne. In addition serves a Construction Safety Officers and Technical Rescue Specialist and holds his OSHA 500 & 510
