About the Program

The Aviation Law Diploma program includes a comprehensive overview of U.S. regulation and legislation and their application to aviation from two of the leading aviation and continuing education trainers across the globe. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Daytona Beach Campus has joined forces with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) to offer you a U.S. Aviation Law Diploma.

Through a series of four courses, participants are introduced to administrative law and the role of the Federal Aviation Administration in the rule making process. Complete the four courses in a three-year period to earn an ERAU & IATA Diploma in U.S. Aviation Law. Courses may also be completed independently and all participants will receive an Embry-Riddle Certificate of Participation for each ERAU Course as well as Continuing Education Units (CEUs). The ERAU U.S. Aviation Law seminar has been approved by The Florida Bar for General Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credits and Aviation Law Certification Credits. The ERAU Aviation Regulation in the U.S. seminar has been approved by The Florida Bar for General Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credits and Aviation Law Certification Credits.
