Course Description: Take Your Health to the Next Level: Reduce Arthritis Pain & Degneration

Developing osteoarthritis is common as we age. Most of us who are afflicted find over-the-counter and prescription meds that help and eventually figure out the motions and activities we need to limit to keep from having flares. Then we learn to accept that a certain amount of pain and joint deterioration is inevitable. But what if it isn't? Reducing joint pain and degeneration is brought about mostly by reducing inflammation, which is the biggest cause of ongoing deterioration in joints, whether in the spine or extremities. Chronic inflammation tears down our health and can cause irreversible damage to joints, heart, blood vessels, and brain. We'll take a closer look at key foods that create inflammation, the supplements that can reduce it, and the habits and home remedies such as icing and castor oil packs that can reduce or eliminate arthritis pain quickly and sometimes dramatically. You'll learn the causes, effects, and remedies of chronic inflammation that create the pain of osteoarthritis.
